Join Amy, a PCF coach and flower arranging expert, for a Thanksgiving flower arranging event on Sunday, Nov. 23! Amy will walk you through creating a beautiful flower arrangement that is perfect for your Thanksgiving table (and a wonderful host gift if you are visiting someone else for the holiday!).

The event is open to the community (so not just Pennington CrossFit members). PCF will supply the flowers and light refreshments, and attendees should bring their own vase or vessel to arranging the flowers in.
