hero workout murph
On Saturday, May 24, we will be be doing the hero WOD, Murph, in remembrance of Lt. Michael P. Murphy.
As written, the WOD is: 1 mile run; 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats; 1 mile run. However, members can scale to half or quarter Murph.
There will be one big class that day, starting at 8am. Please remember to sign in via MindBody Online. There will be a potluck brunch to follow! If you are interested in bringing something, please sign up on the announcement board in the back of the gym.
